We have a few types of services available to protect your home and residential structures from unwanted pests: a Monthly Control program, Every Other Month program, a Quarterly program and our One Shot program. Our goal is to satisfy your needs, no matter which service you select.

This service is not just a monthly treatment but it is like an “insurance policy” that gives you peace of mind. The Monthly Control begins with an initial treatment which consists of an exterior application if needed. Each month thereafter, the service consists of a foundation application to help control the ants, earwigs and other crawling insects that come in contact with the treated area. In addition, the eaves are maintained to help keep unwanted spiders and wasps out of your hair. Cob webs will be removed and wasp nests will be knocked down. Inside service is available upon request.
We do not try to make any unrealistic claims that your property will be “pest free.” Instead we focus on protecting your structure and the immediate perimeter. When you are on a Maintenance Program, anytime you have a problem, inside or out, give us a call and we will be there at no extra cost to you. Your complete satisfaction is the goal of our service.

This program is for General Structural Pests and is performed once per month, each month of the year, and entails exterior treatment of foundations and areas where pests have or likely will become active. This program also includes structural Spider Web and Wasp Nest removal and features complimentary return visits (Trouble Calls) to address needs between regularly scheduled services. Interior service is available at any point upon request. Many companies have ceased to offer a Monthly Program to maximize profits, yet this is our most popular Maintenance Service; some view their clients as mere numbers, but we know you are valued neighbors.

This program also includes structural Spider Web and Wasp Nest removal and features complimentary return visits (Trouble Calls) to address needs between regularly scheduled services, INCLUDING during the Hold Months (December, January and/or February). This program is for General Structural Pests and is performed every other month for a total of six times per year. This service also includes structural SpiderWeb and Wasp Nest removal and features complimentary return visits (Trouble Calls) to address needs between regularly scheduled services. This program is for General Structural Pests and is performed every third month for a total of four times per year. This program entails exterior treatment of foundations and areas where pests have or likely will become active. This service also includes structural Spider Web and Wasp Nest removal and features complimentary return visits (Trouble Calls) to address needs between regularly scheduled services. Interior service is available at any point upon request. Because of the amount of time between scheduled treatments, this service also features Complimentary Notification (via call, text or email) prior to treatments.
This program is ideal for: Anyone who holds to Less is More; Anyone who only has Collision Auto Insurance; Anyone who is “cool”with some Pest Activity; Everyone not on a Monthly or EOM programs.
This program is for General Structural Pests and is performed two times per year. This program involves exterior treatment of foundations and areas where pests have been or likely will be active (eaves, window trim, etc.) and includes structural Spider Web and Wasp Nest removal. Interior service is available upon request. This program does not come with Year-Round coverage of your home or business but does feature a 90 Day Guarantee after each regularly scheduled service, which means your home or business is covered for close to half the year. This service features complimentary return visits (Trouble Calls) to address needs at any point in the 90 days. Because of the span of time between scheduled services, this program also features Notification to Schedule (via call, text or email) prior to service.
This program is ideal for: Homes or businesses that do not regularly have nor want Pest Issues that become “out of control”; People who get semi-regular cleanings to avoid cavities; People who get their oil changed every 5000 miles.
A one-time appointment service to determine how Rodent activity is occurring in a structure and list recommendations to remedy the structure and deter future Rodent activity in and around the structure.
Ideal for: People who have had Rodent Issues in their structure(s); People who want to avoid future Rodent Issues in their structure(s); People who have active Rodent Issues in their home or business and need help diagnosing why/how such activity is occurring, but have their own methods for eradicating them from the structure(s).
An initial visit to determine how Rodents are active in a structure and list recommendations to remedy the structure and deter future Rodet activity in and
around he structure, perform minor exclusion repairs, and set traps to eradicate rodents from inside the structure. We then return to check the traps weekly and whenever rodents are caught (within a standard working day), for one month. We remove caught rodents and reset traps through the entirety of this service.

This service includes exterior treatment and often includes structural Spider Web and Wasp Nest removal as well as interior treatment (upon request and depending on the primary pests being controlled). There is a 60-day guarantee that allows trouble calls and re-treatments at no additional cost for up to two months after the initial treatment. This service is effective for controlling Seasonal Pests like Carpenter Bees, Wasps and Yellow Jackets, or General Pests that become problematic like House Ants and Black Widows.
